Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the agar2 platform — whether via mobile browser, desktop, or any other device — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use agar2's services. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the latest updated version.
These Terms apply to all registered and unregistered users who access content or services provided by agar2. Only individuals aged 18 and above are permitted to register and use this platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank account details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. agar2 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your login details with any third party. All activity carried out through your account — whether by you or anyone else with access to it — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the agar2 support team immediately.
The agar2 platform may only be used for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Users are prohibited from using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation. You are also not permitted to use any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
Agar2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if the account is found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, involved in fraudulent activity, or engaged in any action that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Account closure decisions are final unless a valid appeal is received by agar2 management.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the agar2 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include online banking through Maybank, CIMB, and other licensed financial institutions in Malaysia, as well as available e-wallets.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation being received. Withdrawals are processed upon satisfactory identity verification and generally take between one and three business days. agar2 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account information is accurate. Any failed withdrawal resulting from bank details that do not match the account profile is solely the user's responsibility. All transactions are final once processed and cannot be reversed except under specific circumstances agreed upon by agar2.

Agar2 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services that may be linked or referenced on the platform. External links, where present, are provided for convenience only and do not imply agar2's endorsement or approval of the linked content.
Users acknowledge that betting carries the risk of financial loss and that they use this platform at their own risk. agar2 is not responsible for any betting outcomes or financial results experienced by users. Intellectual Property & Prohibition on Reuse
All content on the agar2 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, icons, and software code — is the exclusive property of agar2 and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from agar2. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Prohibited Activities
- Copying or distributing platform content without authorisation
- Using the agar2 brand name or logo without permission
- Modifying the platform's source code or interface
- Transferring or selling account access to another party
Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Agar2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure compliance with the most current version of the terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the agar2 platform or these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
